Trustee Juanita Hadrin was elected to the Village of Matteson Board of Trustees in 2017.

Trustee Hardin has enjoyed a successful career at BMO Harris Bank is currently North American Head Risk & Compliance, Treasury & Payment Solutions. She has held increasing leadership roles including but not limited to Managing Director Client Service, Director, Product Management, and Vice President, Implementation. Also, as Chair of BMO's Veterans Advisory Council, she works to promote the unique talents of veterans, strives to preserve their memory, and remains an active steward in the community, partnering with organizations such as USO, Red Cross, Volunteers of America, and the Veterans Working Group of Chicago.

Trustee Hardin has two sons, a Naval Academy Midshipman and a student at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville majoring in nursing anesthesiology.

Outside of work, Trustee Hardin enjoys volunteering, mentoring, outdoor activities, traveling, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
